A: "I was stiff and had hot spots on my legs.  I also had varicose veins.  I had diarrhea everyday."

Q: What was life like before coming into BHC? 

A: "I was taking lots of aspirin.  With the diarrhea, I was afraid to go out too far away from a bathroom.  I thought this was normal.  I was always rushing."

Q: How have things changed working with Dr. Dirk?

A: "I was very pleased with my care at Benchmark Health.  My diarrhea is maybe one time a week or not at all.  I am breathing through my belly rather than just in my upper chest.  (I was always in fight-or-flight mode.)"
